此次《漲潮宣言》迭代計劃（2020）在《21世紀賽博女性主義宣言》、《酷兒國宣言》、《數位人文宣言》和《游擊隊開放訪問宣言》的泰文版本中附上了部分中文翻譯。這個計劃始於一個簡單且個人的問題：「為什麼閱讀的這一宣言時我會如此感動？」最初，我們根據自身對每篇宣言所提出的緊迫問題的貼身和贊同程度，挑選出六篇宣言，並將他們翻譯成泰文，而呈現於此的四篇宣言則是進一步瞭解所提倡的抗爭模式的起點。這一計劃也旨在審視『漲潮小組』與這些文本的相交程度，並且通過在不同語境中找到共鳴，與讀者形成對話。

This iteration of the Namkheun Manifesto project (2020) appends partial Chinese translations to the Thai translations of the following texts: ‘A Cyberfeminist Manifesto for the 21st Century’, ‘The Queer Nation Manifesto’, ‘Digital Humanities Manifesto’, and the ‘Guerrilla Open Access Manifesto’. The project began with a simple and personal question: ‘Why do I find this manifesto I’m reading so moving?’ Six manifestos were originally selected and translated into Thai based upon affinities and allegiances to the urgencies raised by each manifesto. The four manifestos selected here are regarded as points of departure for further reading of proposed modes of resistance, and the project aims to interrogate Namkheun’s own engagement with the texts, to form a conversation with the reader by teasing out resonances among varying contexts.

Namkheun（น้ำขึ้น）意為 “漲潮”，是一個位於泰國曼谷的文學團體。Namkheun是兩個朋友之間多年來通過文字交流和電話閒談分享不滿的產物——我們一起對世界的現狀感到憤怒、一起分享備忘錄、未實現的夢想和個人見解。在2020年，Namkheun作為活動的延伸而出現，你也可以將它理解為一個開放的閒聊。

Translated as ‘Rising Tides’, Namkheun (น้ำขึ้น) is a literary collective based in Bangkok, Thailand. Namkheun is a product of disgruntled text exchanges and over-the-phone gossip sessions between two friends over the years. Together, we raged over the state of the world. Together, we shared memes, unfulfilled dreams, and personal insights. And so in 2020, Namkheun materialised as an extension of such activities, an open chat if you will.
