剩食工作坊
Leftovers Workshop

Description

香港城市耕田小組「油麻地花王」舉辦了一系列剩食工作坊，邀請了本地藝術家勞麗麗、丁曉嵐與沈詠敏來分享剩食的多元面向。每位藝術家均根據過去工作坊的經驗，做了一本繪本、攝影或文字創作的手工zine，主題分別為：「剩食便當練習室」、「剩食再生紙」和「靜食午餐」。

Hong Kong urban farming collective Yaumatei Gardener hosted a series of workshops in which local artists were invited to develop a project using leftovers collected from home and Yaumatei Gardner’s rooftop garden. Natalie LO, Phyllis TING and Wingman SUM each designed and hand-assembled a zine, composing illustrations and documentation from their respective workshops: “Leftover Bento Art Studio”, “Recycled Paper made from Food Waste” and “Still Lunch”.
