楊立才是一個野生藝術家。一個噪音人。出生於遼寧省盤錦市，現生活、工作於深圳和廣州。擅以自然材料、現成品及環境、情境為媒介，藝術活動涉及聲音詩、社會雕塑、行為藝術、視覺藝術、總體藝術、實地錄音以及詩歌寫作。也組織策劃各類藝術現場及空間運帷。

2003年創辦「白糖罐工作室」(於北京)。

YANG Licai is an outsider artist and noisemaker from Panjin, Liaoning Province, now living and working in Shenzhen and Guangzhou. He employs natural or readymade materials from his surroundings, using the environment and context as media for art activities such as sound poetry, social sculpture, performance, visual art, total art, field recordings and poetry, as well as the curation of diverse art and cultural spaces.

He is the founder of Sugar Jar studio in Beijing (2003-ongoing), and in 2018 he began Wabi Studio in Shenzhen.
