這次緩件是一次交換——「二山」參與者LARU-AN先生把一本Keller EASTERLING寫的書慢遞給「後勤」人員何小姐，剛好慢遞員DELACROIX小姐來巴塞爾藝術博覽會也可以把LARU-AN介紹的「二山」書帶回去給他。在香港的藝博狂熱中何小姐和DELACROIX小姐在灣仔展覽中心附近的一家咖啡廳見面，聊了一下為什麼菲律賓人要跑到香港來研究菲律賓當代藝術的市場趨勢。

This dispatch serves as an exchange between "SECOND(hand)MOUNTAIN(fortress)" series contributor Renan LARU-AN and LIGHT LOGISTICIAN Elaine W. HO, who receives a secondhand copy of The Action is the Form: Victor Hugo's TED Talk by Keller EASTERLING, and in return is finally able to dispatch a copy of Mr. LARU-AN's dedicated volume of critical post-colonial texts. Courier Ms. DELACROIX is visiting Hong Kong for the third time, in full stealth mode for the annual Art Basel congregations and in full awareness of the ironies of having to travel to Hong Kong to research more about collection trends in Filipino contemporary art.
