慢遞員觸及膩即將榮膺下個月最佳慢遞員,她再度展現神速:透過駐倫敦剛好回國探親友的朋友毛(計劃一月中旬飛回倫敦)即時接力慢遞緩件號HQL-785; 其實觸小姐原本只是想找個藉口在冬至共進佳餚,當她帶著巴勒斯坦風味nabulsi芝士與香港豆腐沙拉(佐湖南、河台灣皮蛋醬)、冰涼豆漿,以及另一份蒔蘿胡蘿蔔紅洋蔥沙拉(必吃的湯圓從樓下小店買的)抵達中繼站時,發現HQL-785包裹已包裝妥當靜候差遣,當即想到一位可能承接慢遞的朋友; 幾則簡訊往來後,一切就緒。吃飽了之後,觸小姐準回家手上拎著慢遞單與有機大白菜
COURIER Ms. CHU, upcoming LIGHT LOGISTICS courier-of-the-month, strikes again by connecting an instant relay for dispatch HQL-785 via her friend MO, who is based in London and currently visiting friends and family in Shenzhen; actually, Ms. CHU was just looking for an excuse to have a nice meal together for winter solstice, and after bringing a Palestinian-inspired nabulsi cheese with Hong Kong tofu salad dressed with a Hunan, Henan, and Taiwanese-rooted 10,000-year-old egg sauce, cool soya milk, and another carrot and onion salad with dill to the relay centre (mandatory rice dumpling dessert from a nearby shop), she notices dispatch HQL-785 already wrapped and waiting, then immediately thinks of a friend who may be able to courier; a few text messages later, all is set in motion and Ms. CHU closes the evening with the dispatch and an organic cabbage in hand
